Everything you need to know about the Industry Integrated Placement Program — training, placement and more.

B.Sc./M.Sc. learners in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Food Technology or Life Sciences; B.Pharm and M.Pharm graduates; and diploma holders in allied sciences.

ProSeed offers three programmes: Foundation (6–8 weeks), Job Ready (3 months) and Industry Integrated (6 months).

Through four modes: classroom sessions, in-house laboratory training, rotations through NABL/ISO-accredited partner laboratories, and live on-the-job training with partner organisations.

Batches are capped at 15 students.

Balances, pH meters and wet-chemistry equipment in-house; autoclave, laminar air flow and biosafety cabinets in the microbiology lab; and HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectrophotometry and 21 CFR part 11 compliance, QMS & cGMP requirements

Quality Management Systems (ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, GLP/GMP, CAPA, NABL and internal audit essentials), project management, business development and product development — plus placement readiness training.

Successful completion of the program comes with a Job Experience Certificate and a Assured placement opportunity, subject to conditions communicated at enrolment.

A structured 3-round pipeline — Aptitude & Presentation, Technical, and HR — connects trained learners directly to our hiring partners. Module 7A prepares you for all three rounds with mock tests, interview practice and portfolio building.

Designated roles include Chemist, Microbiologist, Analyst, Project Executive, Business Executive, Laboratory Technician, Food Technologist, Food Sampler and Scientist, across QA/QC, R&D, testing laboratories, manufacturing, nutraceutical and allied Life Science industries.

In Phase 1: continuous assessment (60%), a final comprehensive assessment covering technical, QMS and audit simulation (25%), and attendance and professional conduct (15%). In Phase 2: a host-company supervisor performance review and the 3-month probation completion gate.

ProSeed operates under Lab KinX, in association with Fogiene Sciences, and runs fully equipped industrial testing laboratories — training happens on real equipment and real workflows, not simulations.
